I heard her tell us to claim her and I can see my human was about to say something that can ruin the chance at marking her. I pushed my way forward before my human can comprehend what was happening. It was just that I had this unknown feeling inside of me that we had to mark her or something bad is going to happen. The fact that my mark would deter any male from looking at her wasn’t what made me do it; just kidding it is absolutely part of why I want my mark on her neck. So that everyone would know that, she is claimed and off-limits. My scent would also be mixed with hers now and any male that gets close enough to her would know that as well even if they don’t see my mark.
