Flora gasped and sharply looked backwards towards the entrance of her tent as soon as a weird sound reached her eyes. Her eyes stayed on the tiny opening between the thick, brown curtains of the tent for a while. The whole place seemed quiet again and it was like there had been no noise at all in the first place She slowly faced what she was doing again. She was squatting while stitching up the torn part of her bedsheet. She continued her stitching, raising the thread at intervals to tighten the stitches. Her ears perked up as the noise came again. Her hands left the needle and thread as she slowly stood, then turned gently to face the curtains of the tent. She slowly picked a bow that was lying on the table,then strapped a bunch of sheathed arrows to her back. The noise outside
