Chapter 8 Oren had found an abandoned rabbit den away from sight, but it was rather small and half buried by time and travelers. But by the time they arrived, it was dark and too late to find another form of shelter, so they were forced to deal with the tight space for the night. Nahtaia walked in first and lay down, then, following a scuffle and harsh whispering, Oren lay down beside her—too close for her comfort.
