Sade’s POV
The alarm clock’s soft chime pulled Sade out of her sleep, her body heavy from the night before. Every muscle ached, a deep, delicious reminder of the time she spent wrapped in Adamo’s arms. She barely had a chance to stretch before she felt his arm snake around her waist, pulling her back into the heat of his body.
“Where you going?” His voice was husky, still thick with sleep.
Sade smirked. “To shower. I need to get home before the sun comes up.”
Adamo hummed in response, but as she swung her legs over the side of the bed, he was already moving.
