Government Offices, DelhiPrime Minister Banerjee stood with his hands behind his back looking out over the picturesque gardens below him. The weather was hot and hazy, which meant that another downpour was on its way. This time of the year - the autumnal months - saw the onset of the monsoon and sporadic thunderstorms that erupted to clear the air. Banerjee enjoyed the tropical climate and took the opportunity for early morning walks around the grounds and relaxing on his office balcony whenever he could.
