Lily’s POV
I could see his face so my detection was correct, Alpha Derek closed the door against him and started walking back to his chair. This was my only chance to get his attention.
I crawled in front a little, and when he walked past me with one step, I quickly extended my hands, touching his toes so he could look in my direction.
"Why are you kneeling?" He asked and that struck a pian in my chest.
What sort of question is that? He wants to say he hasn't seen me since.
I blinked my eyes at him, "You haven't seen me on the ground since? I have been here for more than forty minutes or thereabouts, you didn't see me?" I blasted, as anger started brewing inside of me.
A faint smile spread across his lips. I wonder why he was funny right now. He wanted to make fun of me or what?
