Lily’s POV
As I awoke, I stretched my body from side to side. Bending my hands to my back and forward. My hands unknowingly touched my back, the same spot where the wounds used to be present but I felt no pain.
This was strange.
I paused in my acrobatics and tried putting my hands back there, touching it. But there were no painful feelings in it. The friction feelings that I had there were no more.
I was startled.
What happened? My wolf hasn't gotten to the stage of healing my wounds so rapidly, especially after these beatings I had received from the pack's prison yesterday.
Besides, who does Alpha Derek think he is?
