I’m out in the garden just relaxing and looking up at the beautiful starry sky when I catch a scent that doesn’t belong to the clan. I sit up and look around, my senses heightening. I feel like I’m being watched from many directions and I growl lowly. I get up and start walking inside the castle. If I’m feeling like I’m being watched then I need to tell my mate now. I use my vampire speed to get to his office and I knock on his door.
“Come in my love” I hear him say from the other side.
