She and the King’s Eyes stayed within Skylark for a few extra days, while it was all being sorted out and to see just what Zane and Patience were going to do, now that they’d been removed from the leadership of the pack.
It took Zane two days to be fully healed and be given the pack doctors all clear to leave the pack’s hospital. She’d heard he’d gone right to that house out there in the pack that had been granted to him and Patience, and he was packing himself and his family up to leave. They weren’t staying here. That was entirely up to him and Patience, what they did.
She and Isla had made their way to that house and gotten there as they put their pups in the car, and Ryder shook her head as Zane stated, “You could have left us our cars.”
