Chapter 30Kyrah's POV "As soon as we pull up in front of Scott's house, I heavily exhale a breath I didn't even know I was holding. We've been away for only a few days but it feels like months since we left. The tragic things that happened back at the woods flash through my mind and I shut my eyes tight and shake my head trying to shoo them away, oblivious of Scott's eyes on me. " The feeling of his hand on mine brings me back into reality. "Hey, it's okay. Trust me, your mom won't know. Let's go, shall we? I'll help you out with your bags, he says.
