"What?" I found myself asking as the impatient man asked me a very absurd question.
The last time I checked, it did not seem like we were in a relationship of any sort and so, what the hell was he talking about?
Does this have to do with the fact that we had a one night stand in which I was not even sure he was on protection the previous night? The same night I had regretted?

The pain seemed much last night and it was more like I could have muttered incoherent words which he had probably remembered and must have held on to.
