After the final bell rang at Oakhaven High, the hallways were filled with the usual rush of students desperate to escape for the weekend. Jenny caught up with Theo near the bike racks, her face bright with energy.
"Theo! A group of us are heading to the diner for milkshakes and then maybe the arcade. You have to come," Jenny said, blocking his path with a playful grin. "Mia’s already said she might stop by later."
