Seated in the cafeteria of Oakhaven High was Theo. He was having lunch with Mia and Jenny and they seemed to be so immersed in the conversation they were having. Over the last few weeks, Jenny had become a permanent fixture in Theo's life, they had lunch together almost every other day, and of course since Jenny was also Mia's friend so Mia is also present.
"I’m just saying," Jenny said, waving a fry for emphasis, "if we’re going to the school fair this Friday, we need a strategy. We have to check the ring toss first before the prizes increase due to traction, then the Ferris wheel at sunset for the 'aesthetic' photos."
Mia laughed, nudging Theo. "Hear that? A strategy. Are you in, or are you going to spend the whole fair trying to win a giant stuffed bear for yourself?"
