***Kyton’s POV***
His head was killing him. With a strained groan, Kyton opened his eyes to the bright light and blinked away the ache from it. He shook his head softly and grunted as he sat up, exhausted. He glanced around and the first thing he noted was how the room he was in, was a hospital room. He heard the monitors and smelled the sterilization in the air. He sighed to himself and a deep voice next to him, made him jump.
“Wakey, wakey.” He looked over and saw his best friend sitting there with a smirk.
“Cass, you d**k.” He chuckled and fake punched Cassian, who laughed and returned the favor, “What the hell happened, man? Why am I in here?” His friend’s face turned serious and Kyton tilted his head in concern.
