I went back home wondering if what I’d decided to do was right, if letting him pay half of the rent was justified.
I packed my little suit case, prior to tomorrow.
The next day, I woke up early, I went to the usual meet up point as usual, I met him , at our usual spot.
“Good morning?” He said excitedly.
“Good morning too,” I responded calmly as I put Anaya in his arms, he took her and smiled casually.
“How do you feel about today?” He asked.
“I am excited, that’s for sure,” I replied.
“Maybe I will go over and try to clean the place for you, so that when you get back, you will just move inside,” he explained. I couldn’t say no, maybe all I needed was to say yes.
I agreed, all I needed to learn is being treated like this, I didn’t try to fight it, at all.
