His heart stopped beating.
Panic.
She'd jumped to her feet and began pumping at his chest hoping it would do something but nothing happened
She could no longer hear the beat of his heart.
"Dion!" She cried out. "Please don't die! Please don't die."
Suddenly her vision blurred and an unfamiliar warmth surrounded her body. Just before she fell unconscious, she heard the faint sound of a heart beating.

Returning back, Eve hadn't been expecting to meet her ward passed out on the floor. With urgency she rushed to the fae's side checking for any sign of harm. When she found none, she sighed in relief. Only that left her to wonder what could have possibly happened.
Eve felt the slightest hint of magic in the air and some residue coming from Lilith.
