Lilith woke up to the feeling of a hand stroking her hair. It was tasking but she managed to peel her eyes open to see who it was. The first thing she saw were bright amber eyes staring down at her with a smile.
"You're awake!" Dion said, grinning ear to ear. Her heart almost skipped a beat from the sight of his smile. The man looked rough. His hair was a mess around his horns, he was shirtless and his body was covered in blood but to Lilith he was still the most attractive man she'd ever laid her eyes on. She could feel her face heat up from just having him stare at her.
"Yeah..." She tried to speak but her throat was dry and scratchy. Her voice came out hoarse.
