Celeste's POV
I woke up and winced. My back was killing me.
I looked up to see the sight of a shirtless Xavier. I blushed, remembering last night's events. I curled my hand into a ball on top of his chest as a burning pain went throughout my back.
"Celeste?" I looked back up to Xavier and a smile came across his lips. He wrapped his arms around my naked form. Ignoring the pain, I wrapped my arms around his neck.
"Xavier," I sighed. I've missed waking up next to him. I've missed a comfy bed. I've missed having a nice breakfast. Oh my goddess, I've missed pancakes. It hasn't even been that long. . .
"You have no idea how much I have missed waking up with you by my side, little one, and no idea how long I have dreamed of waking up next to you like this." My blush deepened. Xavier chuckle
