Hughes heaved a profound sigh as he picks up his medium black traveling bag near the bed, along with his leather bag and a pair of shoes. And without a single word, he walks out the door as if nothing goes on between them. Hughes never dared to glance back at the couple who is initiating to quarrel about their problem now. He continues to strolls towards the elevator. As he pressed the button, he heard their arguments as the woman cried in frustration. "What is the f*****g meaning of this, Andrius?!" Hughes can still her screams through the open door of the VIP room, "You did something filthy with Hughes! Are you out of your mind? He is a man just like you! A man Andrius, a man!" "Asher..." "What? Are you going to reason out to me?" She crouched down on the floor where the screen of her phone shattered. She holds her tear-stained face as she continues to sobs. Andrius get up from his feet and silently puts his clothes on his healthy and masculine body. He certainly loved and respected his long-time girlfriend, but for some reason, he can't mutter and say no to Hughes allure and temptation. He is also troubled now, anxious, and confused about his true identity. He encountered and met his girlfriend when they were still in college; she is his classmate from a different subject. At first, Andrius is interested in Asher's best friend, whose name is Yuriah Hatswell. A half British and a half Filipina like him. But in the end, he fell in love with Asher. "Oh? You are telling me at this moment, Andrius, that you are interested in my best friend, Yuriah, from the beginning?" a silly young Asher asked Andrius. At the same time, he gives her a box of dark chocolate for Yuriah, "And along the way, you are seeing me as a bridge, not a friend to get the special attention of my best friend? Why did I not notice that?" Andrius gives her a tremendous laughed. "What are you thinking then?" he asked her playfully, "You are the one that I desired?" Asher rolled eyes at him. Deep inside in her heart and soul, she is wounded and in misery because of his words. She likes him from the day that she set her eyes on him. But the funny thing is Andrius wants her best friend, Yuriah, and not her as she hopes for almost every day. "I don't like you either!" Asher shouts, followed by her boisterous laugh to hide her cuts and pain that can see to the window of her soul, in her deep-set of beautiful eyes. "I wished to have another man better than you." "Really?" he teased her as he went closer to her face. He wiggles his eyebrows at her. "If I kissed you right now, would you still won't fall for my charms?" Asher's eyes went broad as she looked at him in disbelief, but in her mind, she is screaming. "And why would you do that, Andrius?" she asked as she gets up from her seat; they were in the vast garden. Andrius called her for a second. "I thought you prefer to court Yuriah, so why are you looking sweet at me now?" Andrius just laughed at her question. His tears pooled down as he remembers those times. He hurriedly went to Asher, drowning continuously from her bursts of tears, not minding the pointed pieces of the broken screen of his girlfriend's phone on the floor. "Asher..." he whispered as he hugged her to console her, "I am extremely sorry, love." Asher sobs get rambunctious when she heard him uttered those words. She buried her face into his broad naked chest. She could still feel the pain, but because of his tight embrace, she thought she had already forgiven his horrible shame. "Please stop crying now, and it breaks my heart." Asher never obeyed his request. "Please, Asher..." She continues to sobs as she repaid his tight and familiar embrace to her long-time beau. "I broke my phone," she whispered like a child as her tears proceed to drip down to her face. "It's alright, let's buy a new phone," he replied as he kissed her forehead, "I will buy it for you." Like a magic phrase in fairy tales, Asher unexpectedly stops her cries and sobs. She smiled weakly at her boyfriend as she removed her arms that wrapped around his body. Their situation right now was the same way back to college years ago, when Yuriah refuses to be Andrius's girlfriend. That day Asher give Andrius a tight embrace to comfort him in those times. "It's alright, Andrius. You can cry as much as you want on my shoulder." Asher tried to comfort him at the exact moment teasing him. "Yuriah had her first boyfriend when she is in ninth grade." Asher whispered as she pats and strokes his back, "And up until now, she loves that guy and cherishes him most of her time." Andrius withdrew his hug from her and glared at her for a short moment. He can't believe that he is learning things right at this moment. He felt pathetic at the same time, unfortunate. "And why you didn't tell me?" he inquired Asher, who's smiling from ear to ear, "You kept it--" "You didn't ask me about that, Andrius." she cuts him off, "You never inquired about that." They both sheathe by the silence inside the room. Andrius squeezed her swollen and tear-stained face as he looked intensely at her girlfriend's ruddy and pouty lips. "Are we good now?" he asked Asher, who nod at his question, "You are not angry and fuming mad at me anymore because of this?" She slowly nods at him, but she invalidated it after a few seconds. She is still confused. "You hate me that much, love?" "Hughes is a man," she murmured as a matter of fact, "And you've kissed him on his lips!"
