I sat on a black chair as Anne was talking to Nick about Chad. I was in my own thoughts trying to avoid the conversation I wanted to forget anything to do with what happed last night. My mind started to wonder, trying to reply that voice in my head that I heard but i can't hear anything. *Snap Snap* "Earth to Lacey! It's your time to shine please explain to Nicky why we are here, I want to shower and get home I have work tonight". I sit up straight and whisper "sorry, uhm I need you to take a look at a photo for me and make it clear if you can". Nick looks at me confused, "I can do that, but you know there are apps for this right?"
I pulled out my phone and sent the new story to his email so he can zoom in on the photo. " Why are you wanting to know about this new story? I heard about this, pretty said what happened to that girl. I heard she died". Anne smacked the back of Nicks head and said, " Shut up Nick help us find out what that is as she pointed by the tree." He glared at the photos, "F**K, that's someone's eyes, let me get to work!". I stared at Anne and smile, she spared me the dreadful conversation about my pass, it's been over, and hour and Nick is still trying to make the photo clear. " Listen girls, come back tomorrow and I'll have this photo as clear as it can be". We both nodded and headed to the car.
Dreading to go back home, I hoped both boys were gone. As we made it home the door was wide open, I walked in slow with Anne behind me holding my shoulders. we went through each room, and no one was there. We stopped at my room right next to my dresser there was a huge hole in the wall where I threw Chad off the bed into the wall. "DAMN Lucey, how did you do that!? I looked nervous picking at my nails. "I don't know help me move my dresser in front of it please?' We both pushed my dresser in front of it and rushed to take showers and get ready for work. The last place I wanted to be was behind the part listening to drunk people all night. I couldn't wait for tomorrow hopefully Nick would have some answers for me. This night couldn't go by any faster.
