Sophie's POV I woke up the next morning feeling a strange sense of calm. I was alone in the bed, but I could feel my mates in my head. It took me a little while to realize that the calm I had been feeling was my mates thoughts, not my own. The house was surprisingly quiet, even though the windows were open. The rain from the night before leaving a soft scent on the breeze. I dressed quickly and made my way down to the studio, petting Loaf and giving her breakfast before I started my stretching routine. I chose a slower and more balanced based routine for the day, wanting to quell the nervous energy I always felt before a full moon. It was a long time until 9pm, when the moon would rise and we would have to shift into our true forms. It wouldn't do to be stressed or panicked until then.
