Sophie's POV  At first I was excited to be alone, to have the silent time to figure myself out. I didn't bother to put on any music, deciding instead to just work with my body and enjoy the feeling of warm sun as I worked through my poses. Each movement pulling on sore muscles and making me feel a little bit better. My bruises are still sore, but I ignore them and keep pushing themselves.  Suddenly I move a little too much, pulling at a muscle in the wrong way. Whereas before I would have just hissed in pain I drop to the floor, panic filling my brain as I let out a panicked moan. The stretch is the same as one I was trapped in while trying to flee, my muscles are screaming that I need to run. The smell of blood and pain fills my nose and I'm back where I was the night before.
