11 The three of us sat scrunched together, panting in the back of the cab. My limbs tingled with fatigue, Devon looked like he was fighting a migraine, and Elizabeth was so pale she looked like Snow White. “What the hell happened?” Devon whispered as the cabbie sped toward Columbus Circle.
