14 Artan strapped his sword to his belt and looked around. “Everyone ready?” Some of us mumbled a yes, while others nodded. I didn’t say anything as I finished tying my boots up. It had been a long night, and for someone who rarely slept, that was saying something. After the alchemist killed himself, we all had been so stunned that it took us a moment to move.
