Chapter 23 New Beginnings
6 months later Time passed slowly as I unpacked the boxes around me in my little unit. Mum and Mark have moved away to live in South Australia they call every now and then to see how things are. I promised Mark once I was settled into my new place and not camping on the sofa lounge anymore, he could come and visit and I would pick him up from either Narrabri or Coonabarabran where the bus would drop him off. I would of course have to arrange a lift as I no longer had my car thanks to Clara and Tucker, well Clara mostly. She kicked me out the day we arrived back and had stolen my car while I was out of town and ruined the engine in it. Of course, she didn’t do and she wasn’t returning all things.
