KINGSLEY POV That stunning creature with burning wings just saved my brother. Keegan was going to die in front of us if it hadn’t been for her arrival. I had seen it happen in slow motion—his body falling like a lifeless puppet, blood painting the sky and the lake below—and we were too far. Too damn far. But she caught him.
