Chapter three

Like usual the day goes by and soon the very important guest is supposed to come as Angela said. She only told us that it's a famous company and that it's all their best workers that are coming in as it's the bosses treat. That I do not think is true, the bosses treat, I think if you work for a very good company the boss is a harsh man, usually is like have you ever seen a man in a suit who isn't a son of a b***h like it hurts but sadly it's the truth. The sad truth. 

"Right, Amelia and Lucy your both going to serve the special guest and no complaining I know that it's getting late but you two are my best waitresses and it's a good opportunity for both of you" Angela said with a very proud tone. I know we were the best she loved working with us and we loved working with her, but there is one problem the "special" guest is supposed to be here at nine and that's a big no no, I would get killed by both of my parents If they knew that I came back at that time plus it dark by that time I need to get out of this. I look at Lucy with a worried look no not worried look a no I cannot look.

I clear my throat " Angela, am sorry but you know I cannot, you know how my parents are with me being out in the dark, also you know what they would do if they found out I was out. They would bury me six feet under." Well i wasn't exaggerating it was the truth, if I went home at that time they would go hay wire. NO JOKE. 

"Amelia I know how they are but don't worry I can get you home after they all go home plus I would stay to see if anything happens to you, plus there is also the option of you sleeping upstairs." Angela suggest. Thinking about it, it's not a bad idea I could as well just tell my parents am staying after work and I do not need to go anywhere. 

I look at Angela and then at lucy, then nod. "I'll stay, and about the room is it okay for me to stay there I will just tell my parents that am gonna stay as there is no point, and I know this customer is important and I won't dissapoint Angela so don't worry." I gave her my best smile and she smiles back.

"That's my girl, I know you lucy are in already so of you two go and clean up the rest of the tables chop chop of you go." Angela says laughing. God what have I got myself into. Maybe I will be okay it's just the dark nothing bad right? I know it hides many secrets but has anyone counted them ?
