Chapter 27 Inspector Paul Prince sat at his desk, curiously, and suspiciously, examining the package that David had just handed to him. Curiously, because of the way it had been addressed, ‘To Inspector Prince, or his Successor’. And suspiciously, because of the unexpected weight of the relatively small parcel that had been wrapped with far too much packaging tape, layer upon unnecessary layer.
