The moment they stepped out of the shower, the bond snapped again - hot and electric. Evelynn could feel them, every heartbeat, every breath, every surge of heat from their wolves bleeding into her veins.
When Rafe brushed a wet thumb along her jaw, the touch made her knees tremble. Maddox’s laughter was low and rough behind her, Calder’s hand a burning brand at her hip. Jax stood close enough that she could feel his pulse hammering through the air.
Their wolves stirred beneath their skin. The shift shimmered through the room like heat lightning - bodies lengthening, muscles tightening, eyes glowing molten gold. The sound of it was intoxicating: bones creaking, flesh humming with power restrained but not hidden.
