I finally rolled to a stop, hitting a giant rock. I moaned in pain. I could tell my injuries were extensive. My arm was in so much freaking pain, along with the pain in my back. Was it broken?
I heard the sound of the harmonica again. Who was playing that beautiful instrument? They must be very talented. The melody distracted me from my injuries and the threat of death. Under the moonlight, I saw a beautiful face coming toward me. Was it an angel? Was I dead?
I studied the man's features as they came closer. His blonde hair and gorgeous features made him look like an elf prince. Oh my goodness! It was Rylan. He had come to save me! He wasn't too late. Were Daniel and Zed right behind him?
