“What I don’t get is why there is no book that has an explanation in it for werewolf and human mates. Haven’t there been any other before?” Jess asked as she moved back to the sofa. She sat down and placed the big fluffy blanket over her legs.
“There was.” Xavier said, annoys clear in his voice.
“Someone stole the book and burned it.” He spoke again, his voice getting heavier with anger. Jess rolled her eyes.
“Well, that’s annoying, I wanted to know how these relationships are supposed to work.” Jess said as she picked up another book.
“It is extremely annoying.” Raymond was the one to answer this time. All the boys couldn’t help but see the irony in Jess’s words. They drop the conversation dare, deciding it would do them better if they just drop the topic.
