EP 2: HOW IT STARTED

811 Words
SAMUEL POV I looked through the fridge and found nothing. I looked up at Covi, who stood at the window, and his eyes wandered the crowd. Soon his eyes stop wandered, and his lips curved a smile. "Did you meet her again? Oh, ma, god! Why does she follow us wherever we go?" He let out a little chuckle and ran out. "Oh, god, why is it always me? I should get a girl for myself." While I lamented to myself, I sat down on the couch. COVINGTON POV Yes! She is here. I looked at Sam, who kept on lamenting. As usual, I left him and went out to meet my gorgeous. As I rushed down, I bumped into someone. "I'm so sorry. I was in a hurry-. Hey, Bethany. How did you come here?" I asked her. But she took a little time. So "this is where I'm staying. Your brother is upstairs. I talk to you later. Okay!" with that, I left her. I ran into the crowd and searched for her. A hand touched my shoulder. I looked over to see who it was. "Hey, dude. Bethany has come. Shall we-" Suddenly, he stopped talking and looked over me.  I turned around to see my gorgeous standing behind me. "Hey." I greeted her and, she greeted me back. "What you doing here?" I asked her for the start of a conversation. "I came to my uncle's house. This village is soon to celebrate the full moon day. Then, what are you doing?" Before me, Sam answered, "We came here for vacation. By the way, Can we stay here until the celebration?"Yeah, definitely. The full moon celebration is something celebrated by everyone. Plus, the full moon tends to mark a big build-up of energy—both light and dark. This makes it the perfect time to cleanse your space, body, and mind; remove or let go of any of that built-up energy you no longer feel like harnessing, capturing, or otherwise holding onto." I nodded and said, "Sure. We will stay for the celebration." She smiled brightly. The smile almost made me go blind. "Okay, then. Let's meet often." with that, the convo ended. We bid goodbye to each other and went home. "What's next?" Sam asked while entering the house. "It's been a while we came here. Shall we invite our boys for a party?" I removed his hand from my shoulder. "Did you forgot? Bethany has come home. If we party now, won't she rob us? Also, I should meet my gorgeous often. What if she took me as a drunkard? Won't it be an embarrassment for me? If you want, you go and have fun with them. I don't want to come." I took a little bit out of my mind. Sam seems to be dumbfounded. I moved to the terrace with my wine. I poured a glass for myself and moved a little closer to the wall. The night view was incredible. The sudden thought of Sam whining made me laugh. "Why does she follow us wherever we go?" I giggled at his innocence. "What are you giggling about?" Sam came in with Bethany. "Remember you asked why she follows us wherever we go? The thing is, she didn't follow us. We followed her until Arabia." I laughed a little again. Sam looked confused and a little pissed. He gave me a look of ' explanation please'. "Okay, I'll explain. Remember when we went to Galapagos? That's where I met her. I got to know that she is a sailor and Arabia is her homeplace. No matter what or where she is, she will come here during the full moon celebration. The last time when we went to Cuba, I met her. The meet was a simple one. We talked about this celebration. That's when she said this is her homeplace. Now she is here. I am here. The celebration is around the corner. I'll work hard to make her fall in love with me." I winked at the end of the explanation.  "Mine is done. Why did you come here, Bethany? You didn't come here to see us right?" I asked her while refilling my glass. "Of course not. I had a job here. Also, my friend has invited me to the full moon celebration." she said. "What!? I  don't understand why people keep on talking about this celebration. I mean, of course, it's a good thing, but why you both have to come here to this event?" Sam started to whine again. "HAHA!! You will never get it until you realize the good thing it had done. Now, stop whining, and let's go. Tomorrow we have a big thing to do." I pulled Sam with me while finishing my second glass. THIRD PERSON POV WITH THAT THE NIGHT CAME TO AN END.
