Behind them, the high-profile guests all spoke in unison, "Mrs. Parker, please go with us!"

The Olson family stood frozen. Even Alani looked like she was turned to stone, her eyes wide in disbelief.

"The Elvenda palace birthday party couldn't possibly be for Lizzie, could it?"

"Isn't that held by the chairman of Evoque Investment Group for his loved one?"

"Could it be that Lizzie is the chairman's wife?"

"Does that mean this fool is... the chairman of Evoque Investment Group?"

Everyone's hearts raced as they looked at Josh, who stood calmly to the side.

Maintaining such composure in front of these high-profile figures was something only extraordinary people can manage!

Alani's face went pale. "Impossible. How could Josh be the chairman of Evoque Investment Group?"

As Lizzie stood stunned and confused, Josh took her small hand. "Come on, this is the birthday party I prepared for you. Only a top-notch estate like the Elvenda palace is worthy of you."

His words brought tears to Lizzie's eyes. Over the years, the sweet moments with Josh made her dreamily follow him toward the Elvenda palace.

They stopped in front of a magnificent palace, stepping onto the red carpet.

On either side of the carpet were servants in formal attire, and the area was covered with fiery red flower arrangements adorned with gold leaves. Petals fell from the sky, creating a dreamlike scene as if they were in a sea of flowers.

"Darling, four years ago, I owed you a grand wedding," Josh's voice softly reached Lizzie's ear, "From now on, I will spend my life making it up to you. From now on, I, Josh, will make you the happiest woman in the world!"

Tears fell from Lizzie's eyes as she embraced Josh and shared a deep kiss amidst the magical flower rain.

Mars paused behind them, and everyone looked at the couple with affectionate eyes. Everyone was jealous. Only Josh could host a birthday party at the world's top Elvenda palace.

The doors slowly opened. Josh and Lizzie walked in front, taking in the grandeur of the Elvenda palace.

"The Elvenda palace is reserved exclusively for the chairman of Evoque Investment Group. Even the president wouldn't have access. Today, we're lucky to be here."

Even Mars was amazed at the splendor before him.

"Indeed, any piece of jewelry here would be worth as much as my Heart of the Ocean."

Eleanor's gaze swept across the scene, which was filled with treasures, including gold sulptures, china, oil paintings and so on. Any ordinary decoration from the Elvenda palace would be fiercely sought after if put on the market. But who would have thought all of this belongs to the seemingly insignificant Josh?

Alani, hiding in the crowd, glared at Lizzie and Josh with envy. Her gaze was so sharp that it seemed it could pierce through them. She almost ground her teeth in frustration. 'Why could Lizzie have all of this? I'm also the daughter of the Olson family as her!'

As the time drew near, everyone stopped in front of a one-person-high white ivory fountain sculpture.

"Ladies and gentlemen, I hereby declare that Mrs. Lizzie Parker's birthday party officially begins!" Mars stepped forward with enthusiasm.

Everyone knew what this meant and quickly seized the opportunity to present their gifts.

"Lennos Group presents a one-million-dollar crystal crown!"

"Zena Group presents a five-million-dollar diamond chess set!"

"Mars Rocha presents a fifty-million-dollar piece of land in New City."

"..."

"The Olson family presents a twenty-million-dollar premium pink diamond ring!"

As various powerful families took turns presenting their gifts prepared for Evoque, Josh's brow furrowed slightly. He noticed that the Heart of the Ocean he ordered for Lizzie had not arrived yet.

He scanned the scene and spotted a dazzling necklace shining among the crowd.

'It's the Heart of the Ocean.'

Josh squinted and realized that the Heart of the Ocean he ordered for Lizzie was being worn by Alani. Meanwhile, Lizzie was wearing a cheap diamond necklace.

Josh immediately understood what had happened. He stepped out of the crowd and walked up to Alani, coldly reprimanding her, "Alani Olson, you're wearing the Heart of the Ocean I ordered for my wife. You need to hand it over now!"

The room fell silent, and everyone's gaze turned to Alani and Josh.

Seeing the loathed Josh in front of her, Alani reacted by covering the necklace. "What do you mean? This is my gift!"

Eleanor quickly approached from the crowd, followed by people who knew Josh's identity. All of them frowned at Alani.

"You shameless thing, the Heart of the Ocean is Miss Lizzie Olson's birthday gift. How dare you claim it?" Eleanor didn't hesitate to slap Alani across the face, instantly reddening her cheek.

"What happened?" Josh asked coldly, "Why is my wife's birthday gift on this woman?"

Though Josh wasn't angry, his tone carried an authoritative weight that made Eleanor shiver involuntarily!

"Sorry, Mr. Parker, I'll investigate immediately!"

Soon, the delivery person was brought before Eleanor. The delivery person pointed at Alani with a look of grievance and said, "She took it and claimed that we delivered it to the wrong address!"

With the truth revealed, everyone had strange expressions as they realized that the Heart of the Ocean was indeed the birthday gift Josh had ordered for Lizzie.

Yet, Lizzie was still wearing a cheap diamond necklace with the tag on it.

Eleanor slapped Alani's face again. "You filthy b*tch, return the necklace to Mrs. Parker now!"

Stunned, Alani unwillingly took off the Heart of the Ocean and threw it to Josh. But then she tried to defend herself, "It was a gift from Soren for our anniversary!"

"Soren?" Eleanor snorted coldly.

A young man scrambled out of the crowd, repeatedly explaining, "It's a misunderstanding. I ordered a fifty-thousand-dollar diamond necklace for her. How could I afford the Heart of the Ocean? This is Alani's doing alone and has nothing to do with me!"

"Alani, we're breaking up. You're not worthy of being my girlfriend!"

Soren hurried to distance himself from the situation. Alani was heartbroken. She didn't expect that the cheap necklace Lizzie was wearing was her gift. Neither did She expect Soren to break up with her on the spot to protect his family's reputation. And all of this was because of Josh!

Furious, Alani shouted, "Josh Parker, stop pretending!"

"Everyone knows that the Heart of the Ocean and the Elvenda palace are gifts from the chairman of Evoque Investment Group for his loved one. You're just a poor fool who had to lend a loan! How could you afford it!"

Everyone's puzzled eyes turned to Josh, eager to know if he was the chairman of Evoque Investment Group.

Josh looked at Alani indifferently, "How do you know I'm not?"

Josh's response seemed to confirm his identity, shocking everyone in the room. The foolish son-in-law of the Olson family turned out to be the mysterious the chairman of Evoque Investment Group.

At that moment, the doors opened again, and a few figures appeared, interrupting the atmosphere, "The Evoque Investment Group presents Mrs. Lizzie Parker with a birthday gift, a twenty-million-dollar Helena Estate at Llia Lake!"

The announcement left the room in stunned silence. The Evoque Investment Group had personally appeared to give Lizzie a birthday gift!

After the initial shock, Alani's eyes flashed with a glimmer of realization. She dragged her long gown to the gift presenters who had not yet left. She asked, "Is your chairman named Josh Parker?"
