Kaylee's POV The lock popped open as I placed my key in the keyhole. Micah and my Dad helped me lift the cement door open. The squeaky hinges slowly opened, revealing a narrow set of stairs. A cool breeze blew in my face as I peered down into the pitch-black basement. Micah ran back to the car and grabbed a flashlight that he kept on the floor by the driver's seat. My Dad yelled after him, "I left my glasses in the backseat. Can you bring them to me," "No problem," A few minutes later, Micah yells back to us, "I can't seem to find your glasses.
