“This is crazy! You've got to be kidding me!” Ethan said, slicing his gaze to Lucas who angled his head downwards. Tears bubbling in his chest at the thought of the weird message.
Lucas heard Adriano exhaled heavily and he waited for Ethan to rasp out his thoughts but they both stilled, eyes fixed on him.
They have been close friends for years now and it grieves them to see their pal passing through such things. Worst of all, they can’t do anything to help out in this case considering it’s a family business.
Adriano scrunched up his lips and rested his hand on Lucas’s shoulder, sighing.
“I don’t know what that shitty message is referring to bud, but I think you should venture into something else. Maybe start up a new company or something…”
