Chapter 69 - The Violet Eyes

Anabelle was desperate to come to Erina. She went out of the basement and with a snap of fingers, she disappeared. 

It was Sunday morning. The flowers in the backyard bloomed and the bermuda grass needed to be groomed. The Grandfather got the lawn mower and set all the things that were necessary to be cleaned. 

Gavin was busy at finishing a project. It was to be passed on Tuesday. He was using this free time to make it fast because he knew that it would be late tomorrow because he have his part time job. He was okay with it and getting strength from his family. He promised himself to be independent and give his best as he could to achieve his dreams. 

The bedroom was surely clean since before Georgie woke up because Mochi cleaned the floor. He was arranging the books in the mini bookshelf besidethe study table. She was awakened when she heaed her alarm clock. She was rubbing her eyes when she saw Mochi's back while putting the books in a mini bookshelf. 

"Good morning." She stepped oit of the bed and washed her face. Her eyes were a little sore since she watched a sad movie last night. It turned out that she was touched and hurt by the storyline of it. 

Mochi smiled at her and greeted back, "Good morning. How's your eyes?" 

"It's a little bit sore." She felt her eyes aching. She wanted to rub it but no, she would only be hurt when she would do that. 

"Let me clean that." Georgie asked for the quilt that Mochi was holding. 

"Okay. I'll go to the kitchen and set the table." 

"Okay. I'll be there later." Georgie continued fixing her bed while Mochi set the table before they finish all the tasks. 

Georgie knocked on the door. "Big Sis. C'mon. Let's eat breakfast now." She was calling her name and wondered. So, she opened the door and found nothing. She came closer to the bed and there she was. "Oh, my goodness!" She covered her mouth and amazed at what she saw. 

"Help me." Erina was weakened by her own body. Her lips were dry, her face was turned pale, her half-body turned into tail and her hair covered her body. 

"What's this?" Georgie almost screamed but Anabelle appeared behind her and with a snap of her fingers, she became unconscious and caught to her arms. She laid her on the bed and whispered something on her ears. Then, turned her look to the body on the floor. 

"Your Higness!" The worriness on her face couldn't notice but she put her on a tub full of water. "This is what I'm saying. Your time is fast approaching." 

Erina took a heavy breath when she was awake. She lifted up her head from the water and there she was soaked. Her legs really became a tail of a fish. "What's happening?"

"Your lacking." Anabelle moved forward to her and greeted her. "Your Higness, you're the most powerful of all. Just let me die for abusing my power." 

"You're talking nonsense. The important thing is we should find the Legendary Warrior Princess." She was seriously taking the task as she remembered the whole story. She tried moving out of the tub and rub her tail using a towel. "This should be done." 

"Yes. It is. Let me help you." Anabelle snapped her fingers and helped Erina to dry her tail. "Wait." 

"Why?" Erina's eyebrows wrinkled on her forehead. 

"Your eyes are violet. May be, we should cover it." She snapped her fingers and now, she was holding contact lenses for her. 

"Thank you." She put it on her eyes and her tail was disappeared. 

"I'll help you, Your Highness with the things that keeps your task hard." 

"Good. Just do what you say. I'll give you a chance to trust." 

Georgie heard something in the bathroom. She was walking forward to the door and knocked. Anabelle disappeared before she opened the door. She saw Erina wearing a white robe and brushing her teeth. Her eyes widened when she saw her. 

Gavin noticed something too and Mochi followed him there going to the bathroom. When Georgie opened the door, they saw Erina wearing a white robe. The boys closed their eyes and covered it with their hands. 

"What happened?" Erina was confused at their reaction while Georgie closed the door. Her hands were trembling and nervous. She was afraid that Erina would be angry with her. "I'm sorry. I thought someone broke to our house."

Erina was surprised. "It's okay." 

During the breakfast, the three of them kept being silent until Erina break the ice. "I'm sorry. I didn't wake up early." 

"It's okay. Don't worry about it." Georgie smiled wryly. She remembered her fresh memory few moments ago. 

"Just eat." Erina was confused why they were not eating that much. "I know that you're tired and hungry. Just keep on eating." She giggled softly and the three pretended that nothing happened. 

Mochi offered himself to wash the dishes. As long as he coould have the courage to tell the Princess. He was frightened about being killed. He shook his head to distract his thoughts. He focused himself to wash the dishes because the plates were too heavy and fragile. 

Georgie was planning to go to the amusement park this afternoon and she was begging Gavin to go with her. "Just take me there and leave me." 

"Then, you'll be missing after an hour." Gavin was busy doing his projects. 

"Just take me there." Georgie was really determined to go there. She wanted to relax herself before the examination. 

Erina heard her that was why she agreed. "Let me in." 

Georgie's face lightened up and lifted her face to Erina who was smiling at her while she was holding a pen and paper. She began to be sweet to her by giving her a hug. 

Erina put aside her notes on the table. "I'll just change my clothes." 

Mochi asked them, "Can I go with you?" 

"Yes. Just change your clothes." Erina was excited to see the amusement park. 

Gavin sighed heavily because he would pay the expenses again. He grabbed his black coat in the bedroom. He would be waiting in front of the house before Georgie would get angry with him. He would take this as a break from his part time job. 

"Let's go." Georgie was wearing a red dress with her sandals. Mochi came out wearing his favorite black jacket and gave a handshake with Gavin. "What's that?" 

"It's a brotherhood handshake." Gavin teased her and when he saw Erina, she was wearing a blue blouse paired with a white shorts and sandals. Her hair was curled slightly at the bottom. "When did you learn to curl your hair?"

Erina shrugged. "Rossana made my hair yesterday." 

"You look pretty today." 

"What did you say, Big Bro?" Georgie teased him while Gavin came back to his senses so, he looked away.
