Chapter 64 - Physical Education

The students were there at the covered court for the Physical Education. Everyone was looning for their partners for warm up before playing basketball. As few of them were approaching the other students, they went to the restroom. 

Nancy was making herself ready for giving her best look. Delilah was looking good with her hair bun. She smiled at her reflection and winked. They left the restroom with confidence as they walk to the covered court. Some boys from the different class were there to witness how they look. As usual, they hid their motives to catch someone's attention. 

Nancy went in front of Morpheus who was busy helping Erina to get the basket of basketball. She offered help but Morpheus simply talked to Erina to ignore her. He knew how rude she was and how she cheated on him. Why would he trust her again? No, he wouldn't trust someone like her who wanted to be famous and dump guys. 

Connie was stumbled when Nancy walked behind her. "Oh, I'm sorry." 

Theo went there to see if Connie was alright. "Are you okay?" He checked her ankle and there she were, she got cramps on her left foot. Theo managed to help her and Nancy just went away to Gavin. 

Delilah was anxious when they went there. She was afraid if Nancy would take him from her. She pulled herself backward and looked away. Her face was all red when Nancy looked back at her. 

"What's wrong?" Nancy was confused to her. 

"I'm embarrassed." 

"Then, have confidence." She didn't know that Nancy moved quickly at her back and pushed her to Gavin's place. It would be all crap when she would be stuttered again. 

At the corner of the covered court, there was a man standing, silently looking for Delilah. He crossed his arms and sat on the bleachers. He was watching her secretly while she was moving. He wanted to know her more as long as he could take courage to meet her. 

He was thinking about her lately like, he was strucked by the arrow of Cupid. Was there any proof to know how he liked her? 

The man stepped down and silently left the covered court. He was excited to see her as soon as possible. He walked at the secret place of the school and jumped over the wall. No wonder how good he was at escaping.

Delilah was embarrassed when Gavin looked at her eyes. Her heart raced crazily as she moved forward. Erina walked near him and that called his attention. 

"Erina, where have you been?" 

"There. We just have our warm up." She gave her a bottle of water and he drank it. 

Delilah stopped looking at him when he saw how comfortable he was with her. She squeezed the bottle of water at her right and and walked out. She was leaving the covered court not because he igmored her but how he treated her well. She noticed it for a long time, the way he took care of her. She was doubting herself as she was thinking to surrender her love for him. 

"Are you alright?" Nancy hugged her tight and tapped her back.
