Chapter 75 - Nancy's Birthday Party

The bell rang as the students were following the instruction from the announcement.
"Good mrorning, everyone. Please sit up straight and rest your back to your chair. I wanted to inform you that you are all invited on Nancy's birthday party at the Merly Hotel. Thank you." The announcer shocked all the students and all were noisy.
Nancy who was sitting on her seat widened her eyes and couldn't believe that her Mother would actually do what she planned. She tapped lightly her forehead and closed her eyes.
"Nancy." Delilah was there to cheer her up.
"I really didn't know what's happening. I'm tired of it." She covered her face with her palms and got embarrassed. "Just tell me this is not happening."
Delilah chuckled and slapped her head slightly. "It's real, Nancy."
"Oh, my G! I can't believe it." Nancy rolled her eyes, controlling her temper against what her Mother did.
Connie who was busy writing her notes heard their conversations and even not looked at them. Theo came behind her and Nancy's eyes looked at Connie fiercely. She couldn't accept that a campus sweetheart would be nothing against the beauty of Connie who was smart and silent.
Theo leaned near Connie's right ear and whispered, "Let's have dinner later." That made her smile and faced down on her desk.
Nancy's temper wanted to burst but she felt anxious about what she could do to her. Delilah asked her to cool down and it happened. She just sighed heavily and remembered her memories with Theo.
It was a midday afternoon when they were at the movie theater room. The small number of people watching was too minimal. Theo wanted to be her boyfriend but actually, Nancy wasn't interested at him. She wanted attention and love but she wasn't satisfied at all. All she have to do was to create hapiness for herself. She was faking it but nobody noticed.
"Oh, really? We have to go because it's mandatory." Riza wanted not to attend the said event but she was being obedient to the school rules and regulations. She was exhausted at their performance on dance after class.
"Yes. We have to obey." Rossana was too serious and smiled at her. "We could go to the sea after the event."
"Sure. I wanted a break." Lily tapped her lap using her right hand.
"So, let's go there?" Erina doubted. She felt something wrong about it but she chose to be silent.
