Chapter 63 - Bear Hug

330 Words
All day long, Riza was sitting at the edge of the pool. Her family have a reunion with their relatives of her mother's side. They were all beatiful and fit. He was wondering how to achieve that goal.  Eversince she was a kid, she was eating a lot. There were times that every night, she wanted to go to the kitchen to find something to eat. Her mother was saying things about taking good care of her health but she never listened. She just pursued her wants and needs to satisfy herself.  "If I knew that this would happen, I think I couuld do better now." She was all alone and she felt like nobody would listen to her but she was mistaken.  A guy from the balcony was secretly looking for her. He was wearing his swimming trunks with his six pack abs. His friend met his eyes and smirked evil.  "Hi." He moved near Riza. He wanted to know her name and asked her out as they planned. Her lower lip wasn't moving and she couldn't utter any word. "It seems like you're lonely."  She wasn't responding. She just looked at her reflection on the water and told herself not to trust him.  He was insisting about getting-to-know her but she was refusing.  "Okay, just let me go." Riza accidentally fell on the pool when her cousin pushed her. Her other cousins were laughing about her and she got angry with them. She wanted to go up but couldn't because of her weight.  The man who was talking with her awhile ago, helped her and the crowd was making some noise which irritated her.  "Stop it. I can do this." She was forcing herself to go up but the man pushed her waist.  "Be grateful." The man was looking at her.  She couldn't meet his eyes because of embarrassment. "Just let me go."  "But-" He was about to pull her back but he was stopped by his friend.
