Chapter 79 - Getting Thin

After the examination for midterms, the four girls went to a weekend rest and recreation at the beach. They were excited because it was their first time to go with themselves. 

"Who'll roast this?" Riza was happy to see the blue beach away from their town and she was excited to wear her bikinis. The waves from the sea was something peaceful for her. She opened her bag to get the sunscreen lotion. She put it around her face, neck, arms and legs. 

"Erina will do that." Rossana was smiling at them. She was wearing a dress with her inner garment, violet bikinis. 

Erina was confused why she was seeing a familiar guy from afar. Her eyes went small when she saw him looking at them. "Gavin?"

Riza looked at where she was looking. "Yes, he's Gavin." 

"Okay." Erina just placed the brabeque on the grill and watched it until it was cooked. 

The truth was, Mochi feared getting into trouble with Erina. He was hoping that as long as he was there for her, nothing would harm her. He was giving a higher respect for her as Princess since his memories came back too. 

Anabelle was searching for Erina. She was snapping her fingers to disappear and to arrive at some places. Her head became dizzy because she was giving a hard time to find her. "Where is she?" 

She tapped her forehead slightly and sighed. Her eyes were opened when she have an idea that she might be at the sea again to find more time to save her family and the Kingdom of Myrthe. 

She closed her eyes and chanting her mantra. "Princess Lena." She opened her eyes, slowly bending her knees because she wasn't there. She followed her instincts and she decided to go everywhere. She wanted to save her from any harm. She waited for a moment and provided herself a map. 

"I think, this is it." She snapped her fingers once and voila! She found them. They were celebrating their triumphs against the examination. They were swimming under the sun. 

Mochi grasped her dress. He was looking at her differently. "Who said that you're invited?" 

"I just want to help her." She gasped when she saw Gavin. 

"Then, be with them." Gavin's hands were in his pockets. He was busy looking up in the sky while grilling the barbeque. He was looking for Erina secretly. He was sure that something might happen when he wasn't around. So, when Mochi asked him to do a favor, he insisted to help too. 

On the heat of the sun, Erina couldn't take it. It was burning her skin and started breathing heavily. She rushed to their bedroom inside a hotel near the sea. "I can't breathe." 

She felt her sides, slowly having burned and slashed by something. When she moved her clothes up, she was surprised. Her sides began to have scales of a fish. She turned on the faucet and went for a tub. She was confidently sure that she would be a mermaid at this time. 

"Where's Erina?" Riza was looking for the food. 

"She went to the hotel. May be, she forgot something." Rossana was blinking slowly and smiled. 

"Okay. I'll just swim another round." Riza chuckled and ran to the sea. Rossana could see her friend starting to lose weight since last month of her diet. 

"This is so good." She tasted a cola while looking at the blue sky. 

"Let's have a bonfire later." Lily offered and went for a search to bring the small branches there. She went to the small forest and walked there to an info desk at a small office. 

"Hello, Ma'am. What can we do for you?" The woman was too polite and smiling at her. 

She smiled back and then, sighed softly. "I just want to know where we could get some little branches for a bonfire later in the evening?" 

"Oh, there. Inside the small forest. Do you want me to show you?" 

"No, thanks. I'll just have an adventure." Lily was seriously wanted something thrilling adventure. She wasn't exposed to a hike or something that excites her before. This was her first time to explore a small forest. 

"Hey," Rossana was calling her attention but she wasn't paying attention. "Lily!" She stopped walking and there she was, standing at a big tree. 

Lily looked back at her and asked, "Why do you keep on giving me chills?" 

"Sorry. I wanted to help you." Rossana held her left arm and they walked to a nearby small cave. "What's in there?" 

"Treasure?" Lily smirked and peeked but there was nothing. They walked to their left side and there were small branches there. 

"You're just kidding." Rossana felt some goosebumps from their back but she ignored it. Lily was observant too and she knew that there was someone following them. She looked silently to Rossana and winked. 

When they looked at that weird thing, it was Riza, following them. She was catching her breath since the road was too rocky and sometimes, full of mud. 

"This is so eeeww." Riza was complaining about the place. 

"Never complain, Riza. It's a real small forest and you need to know how to survive." Lily crossed her arms and sighed heavily. She shook her head and started heading at the small branches. When she was stepping her right foot, she fell on the hole. Her butt was hurt and burst her anger. 

"What's this?" 

Rossana and Riza chuckled and both said, "This is a reall small forest." 

"Just help me to get out of here." Lily was full of anger instead of pleading for help. She crawled the wall of the ground.
