Amelia My mind works quickly as it recollects the encounter with her, Martin and Lily. I subtly blow a breath of relief having figure out a get-away card. “I was at MH yesterday. I sat at the table with Lily,” I tell her, hoping she would grab that and run with it. When she visibly cringes at my words and speaks, I know I’m off the hook. “Oh my god! I’m so embarrassed.
