Dom’s POV
“What do you got?” I asked Benji as I walked through his study.
It was a mess of unorganized books and smelt of dust. He had a few notepads in front of him with words scribbled all over them. Looking up at me with a bright smile, he started.
“Ooooh, I found something alright.” He quickly fumbled through the mess of books and pulled one up.
“Look here!” He flipped through the pages until he landed on whatever he was looking for.
“It was a little hard to find, but I did thankfully. And, your majesty. The shadow syndicate was a force to be messed with.” I moved closer to see what he was talking about.
