I blinked, trying to process the utter nonsense coming out of his mouth. Before I could even manage a word, my driver arrived to escort Laura. They both walked away, leaving me completely stranded with Logan.
"Shall we?" he asked, extending his hand.
I glared at his palm and refused to take it. I just turned on my heel and walked right past him.
"That was rude," he called out, though I ignored him.
