CHAPTER ONE

***grrrh grrhhhhhhhh*** the alarm clock rings for the third time

oh no! its 7 am I'm going to miss the bus, goes to the bathroom to have a quick shower ,gets ready and storms out of the  apartment...

I'm sure you must be wondering why a sixteen year old has an apartment of her own , so apparently I had to beg the landlord to let me stay after emotionally brainwashing him.

MY LIFE APPARENTLY IS JUST A BIG DISSAPOINTMENT

"YEAH I'M A BAD b***h"...

But what could I do, the orphanage could no longer cater for me, so I had to get two working jobs just so I could have a roof under my head . Everything I own I bought myself , except I had to work hard to get a scholarship into Francis Highschool

Phew..... The bus is not here yet which gives me just enough time to eat my breakfast.

Good morning Ella hope you had a goodnight rest, asked the bus driver who apparently has gotten fond of me.

morning Tim, yes I did . Thank God there's an extra seat today 

I hurriedly went to sit before the bus zoomed off.

I didn't even take note of the girl sitting beside me until she greeted me.

HEY, I'M KIRA, I couldn't help but notice the sponge-bob character drawn on your shirt , I love the cartoon so much.

LOL who doesn't . I'M ELLA btw , I don't think I've ever seen you are you new here?

Oh yes I am.... just moved into this neighborhood few days ago.

Kira noticed the look on my face and asked if there was something I should know ..

LOL don't mind the look I was just joking around .

We didn't even know when the bus came to a halt, because we were carried away with our discussion.

I got to know a little about Kira and I'M pretty sure we will bond easily.

I'M so glad to have made a friend .
