Evelyn screamed as she held her mouth from laying a word again; Bianca stared at her in disguise.
"Don't you Dare! Say a word to Mr Dickson," Bianca warned her with seriousness; Evelyn could feel her legs shivering in fear as she kept on staring at Bianca.
"But you're engaged to Mr Dickson; why are you doing this to him?" Evelyn didn't care any longer.
Mr Dickson, everyone wished to be laid down with, is there wasting his life around with a slut.
"I'm warning you, you cleaner" Bianca said, as Evelyn felt the sharp words piercing directly into her heart.
Truly, she was a cleaner, but that didn't give her the guts to say such words.
Evelyn glanced at Bianca, adjusting her shirt up as she placed a kiss on the young man before walking toward the door and closing it directly at Evelyn's face.
Evelyn didn't know what to do next, her hands vibrating and her ears itching from the bang sound. She rushed out of the direction as she held her teary eyes.
"Watch out," Evelyn heard those words, as she froze at the spot While lifting her head and seeing Mr Dickson in front of her.
"You?" Mr Dickson asked as he pointed at her in disbelief.
"I'm sorry, Sir," She pleaded, still her legs on the ground as she stared at her with pity.
"Have you cleaned up the hall?" Mr Dickson ignored her plead, as he asked her straight.
"No...no...I haven't...I was about to...but," Evelyn stammered, her words cracking as she couldn't lay a complete sentence.
"You dare disobey me?" He said this time his eyes fueled in anger as he moved closer to her. Evelyn could feel his breath clenched against hers, while she back moved.
His hands tightened up as the vein pulled out instantly; Evelyn knew she wasn't going to be spared from his rod.
Immediately, a phone call came in, and he sighed before shifting one side to respond to it.
Evelyn got herself back as her body became cozy, she tried pulling her legs to flee from him but got held by his hand.
You, wait!!!
Evelyn felt defeated, her head bowed as he released her hands and continued talking on the phone.
A few minutes had gone, and finally, Mr Dickson slid his phone down into his pocket before facing Evelyn.
"What's your name?" His sudden question didn't allow Evelyn to get prepared.
"What?" Evelyn asked, she wasn't sure of what she heard just now.
"Are you deaf? What's your name?" He yelled at her, but Evelyn stood still.
"My name is Evelyn Smith" she responded, bowing her head to avoid his eyes.
"Alright, you can go," he said, as Evelyn nodded while she tried to run as fast as she could.
But something wasn't right at all, his face changed as she glanced at him behind. Looked at his dark face, but something was bothering him.
"Sir," Evelyn asked, as she turned and moved closer to his direction. He was surprised by her courage as he stared at her.
"Yes?" The only word he could lay out, as he awaited her response.
"It's there anything bothering you?" Evelyn asked with a serious look, Mr Dickson glanced at her for the last time before clearing his throat to speak.
"Yes, but that isn't your field," he said as he tried walking away, but Evelyn held his hands firmly.
Mr Dickson raised his lips open to speak but stared at her serious look. She wouldn't let him go, as he stood still.
"What's the matter?" She asked, their eyes perching directly into each other.
"Okay...Fine, I have a miscalculation in my budget for this meeting, and I can't find a way to fold it properly" he finally spoke.
"Only that?" Mr Dickson scanned Evelyn as he shook his head, surprised by her weird question.
"What do you mean, only that? This is a big problem" Mr Dickson asked, his eyes brown windered.
"It's simple; please let me help you out with it," Evelyn said, pulling her hands off his as she made her way.
"Are you joking?" He asked again, his voice dimp and serious.
"No...I'm not, I'm good at calculation," she responded, not staring at his face.
"Thank you," he said.
They both walked down the stairs to his office. The concrete floor and the glass door were what triggered Evelyn to keep on staring.
"We're here," Mr Dickson said as Evelyn nodded.
Finally, Evelyn walked inside the office, and her eyes merged with Mr Dickson's childhood pictures, his parents and two sisters beside him in one portrait.
"You look cute here," Evelyn said, not minding who she was talking to.
"Really? It's a long time ago, during that period, I was crying over my ball I misplaced," He said. Evelyn stared at him with a smile.
She walked straight to the office table and placed her phone on it.
"Let's get this done," she said, as she waited for him.
Mr Dickson walked closer to his seat, placing his bag on the table as he sat down.
Fastly his bag, he pulled out his laptop on the table, opened it, and brought it to the financing page.
"This is it," he said, as he stopped typing. Evelyn came closer as their breath conjoined together, while she kept on staring at the laptop.
She kept on fixing the calculation, finally, after a few minutes had passed. Evelyn lifted her face while she looked directly into his eyes.
"There is it; there was a mixup in the balance; it's supposed to be 130,000 million for the deal, but due to the expenses and Short period of time involved. Your accountant deducted a fee of 100k dollars from it, which made it shorter." Mr Dickson watched Evelyn as her mouth slid open as she spoke.
He couldn't believe such a lady could do such, as he couldn't say a word.
"Sir...Sir," she called his name for the third time before he could get himself.
"Yes...I'm sorry I got carried away," he said as he wiped the sweat dripping down his cheek.
"It's fine, this is it, it's solved," she said, as he clapped his hands while they both laughed out excitedly.
Evelyn couldn't believe her eyes, seeing her cold boss laughing hard with her. She scanned his whole body straight to his skin and down to his waist, as she felt his body already on her while she imagined.
"Thank you," Mr Dickson said, as his face clenched with hers and their breath fanned against each other.
Evelyn could scent his sweet aroma on his face, their eyes perching at each other as they came closer to kiss.
Immediately, Mr Dickson's office phone rang, making them j******f.
