It was not the first war that I participated in and it wouldn't be the last. The troops were preparing for the attack, people were running from one side to the other without realizing it. Uniformed soldiers passed me by and didn't even notice me when I went into a large tent. Barracks like that were perfect for vampires, they waited for the conflicts to begin so they could feast on the wounded.
The nurses waited for the attack nervously inside the tent it wouldn't take long if one of them noticed me I would have to kill her even if that wasn't part of what I believed in since I joined the order I promised that I wouldn't take the lives of human women and children their lives were already so short they didn't need me to end them for sure
