Charles Morning comes quickly Lily finishes breakfast and immediately starts bouncing in her seat, legs swinging, eyes bright. “Please, please, please, can we go to the fun fair today?” she begs, hands clasped together. “Rides! Candy! Games! Everything loud and colorful!” I glance at Molly, expecting hesitation, but she smiles. “Sure, Lily, why not? Sounds fun.” “So daddy can we go?” Lily looks at me. “Sure baby. Let's go get dressed.” She practically squeals, bouncing so hard I worry she’ll launch out of her chair. “Yay!
