We pull up at the Devil’s clubhouse and kill the engine of the SUV before we climb out.
Leaving Jax and Candy gutted us, especially when we left without saying goodbye to our girl. Jax will keep her safe and occupied.
Axel sent a text as soon as we landed to Jax telling him we had arrived and to ask how Candy was when she woke up to find us gone. I know Candy has abandonment issues and I feel like utter s**t for leaving her, but we need to do this. We can make this right and we couldn’t do that sitting on our asses.
Jax told Axel that Candy was upset, but he has been keeping her relaxed and they are having a lazy day. Filled with movies, snacks, pyjamas, massages, and laughter. I smile knowing Jax will help her but I wish we were there with them but until Vance is caught,
