Luke walked along with Marla to her shop across the street. He chained his bike to a light pole on the sidewalk and stood outside the door. Large potted plants full of fall colors lined the store front. A chalkboard fastened with concrete screws to the brick and mortar wall listed various classes, each in different colored chalk: Meditation, Native Drumming, Psychic and Spiritual Development.
