CHAPTER FIVE.

{ The Wedding day}

Vera is sitting down infront of the mirror as the makeup artist did some touchings to her makeup..."I'm so happy" Vera exclaimed.."do you know, I didn't know I will get married today but here I am" She added smiling ear to ear.

"Ma, you suddenly called me to do your makeup today" the makeup artist said then continued "The last time we met, you didn't tell me about it" she added

"It just happened" Vera replied "Thank God for this wedding gown I pre-ordered" She said while looking at the wedding dress..

The door opened then someone came in. It was Celina.

She looked at the mirror and adjusted her makeup.."if not you would have been naked today" Celina said..while Vera smiled.. "You won't let your bestie be naked, I really admired your wedding dress" Vera said smiling

"Too bad you won't be putting it on" Celina said "You can only admire it from afar" She added smiling .... "Neither will you be wearing it" Vera said with a serious face...

The makeup artist sensed the tense atmosphere, she excused herself and walked out..

Celina smiled "Guess it's 1:1" Celina said.. "No" Vera argued "it's 2:1" she replied "don't forget I took idris from u" Vera reminded her.

"Are you declaring war? Celina asked "that can't be" Vera replied.."there is nothing to fight for with you" she added then stood up....

"We should head out, you are my chief bridesmaid" Vera said then walked out while Celina followed her..

As they approached the walkway, they met Emily.."Wooh Wooh Wooh, look who we have here" Emily said.. "we aren't close so I will walk out" Vera said then walked out..

"You really have no shame, do you? Emily asked

"On your wedding day, you are a chief bridesmaid instead of the bride" Emily said laughing.. "this world can turn around" she added..

"I kept quiet all along and endured your nonsence but not anymore" Celina said and approached Emily while Emily moved back.

"Listen well and listen good baby girl" Celina said patting Emily's shoulder.. "i decided to become the chief bridesmaid, that's my decision and you have no right to question me on that" Celina said "and yhh, you should focus on finding the guy that duped you of your million dollars" Celina said.."I heard you were a fool in love" Celina said then laughed out loud..."that's more like you" she added and left leaving Emily shocked.

{After the Wedding Ceremony}

"Let's take a picture together" Celina told Vera... "Idris come too" she added

"Are you not uncomfortable? How could you come to this wedding...."Idris asked..

"Come on, we were once a thing" Celina said

"You expect me to be bawling out my eyes somewhere? You guys are ridiculous" she added..

The photographer took the picture then commented "The chief bridesmaid smiled more than the bride, let me retake it" he said..

"No need" Celina said.. "am the happiest person here, so it's normal" She replied..

"Did you ever love me? Idris asked.."see you talking about love" Celina replied then laughed...

"It seems the wedding is over now" She said then walked to her car and brought out a gift...

"I should at least give you guys a wedding gift" She said then handed over the gift to them..

"Come on, it's your wedding, you guys should put on a big smile" Celina said.."Like mine" she added as she smiled..

"What do they say to a wedding couple? She asks to no one in particular then remembered.."Yes, they usually say "have a nice marriage life" Yes, that's what they say" she said to them..

"But do you know what I will say? She paused..

"I wish for nothing else but you guys destruction" she said then smiled widely.. "that's a pretty wild wish right? She asked laughing

"I think the heartbreak really got to you, that it left you senseless" Vera commented..

"I accept it left me senseless" Celina replied.. "but you are having my thrash, thank you for taking it from me" Celina said "if not, my life would have been destroyed, am so grateful to you.. sweetheart" Celina added..

They both didn't understand what she meant but while she walked away, a realization hit Idris then he shouted out..

"Did you just refer to me as a thrash? A dirt bag? He shouted out. Everyone stared at him ...

"That b***h" he muttered...

Celina got to her car then met Rose.. "You aren't fine, are you? Rose asked but Celina leaned on her and cried..

"It really hurts like crazy" Celina replied..

"You will heal with time and you are gonna be that strong Celina I know of" Rose replied and consoled her..
